- Ground up development. Broke ground 1/4/21.
- The project is located in the Kerrville Opportunity Zone and is in a partnership with the Cailloux Foundation, it will contain 80 rooms, resort style pool, and lazy river.
- La Corsha will be the management company for the hotel. La Corsha’s work includes Austin’s Driskill Hotel, East Austin Hotel; Dallas’ Mansion on Turtle Creek, Hotel Adolphus, and Stoneleigh Hotel and Spa; San Antonio’s Saint Anthony Hotel, Big Spring’s Hotel Settles, Marfa’s Hotel Saint George and La Venture Restaurant; and Salado’s Stagecoach Inn.
- The projected return is a 3 equity multiple and an XIRR of 30% over a 5 year hold period
